JO2017 MOTOROLA 80W 23V UHF POWER TRANSISTOR The JO2017 is an internally matched NPN silicon UHF power transistor.Its moulticell design allows optimum heat dissipation and operating efficiency.Aslotted-grid finger sructure assures uniform current injectuion. Rugedness and long-term reliability are guaranteed by unique,diffused ballasting resistors coupled with a factory-gold-passivated metalisation system.This device can directly replace MRF327 in most applications. For 10w driving power will give 65 watts at 400 MHz and 55 watts at 450 MHz. For 14 watts driving power will give 80 watts at 400 MHz and 70 watts at 450 Mhz .Usable from 220 to 450 MHz.(all the above for 23 volts supply).Max applied voltage:30 volts DC. Efficiency: 55% min.
