NE568AN SIGNETICS WIDEBAND PLL DEMODULATOR IC Consists of a limiting amplifier,current controlled oscillator,phase detector,level shift circuit,V/1,I/V converters,output buffer and bias circuitry with temperature and frequency compensating characteristics. Operating voltage 4,5 to 5,5 volts,temperature 0 to +70 C,it is particularly suitable for demodulation of FM signals with extremely large deviation in systems which require a highly linear output.
