PRICING-PAYMENT TERMS
Published prices are subject to change without notice.Unless otherwise stated in writing,quoted prices are firm for 30 days of written quotation;otherwise,prices are as in effect at the time of shipment.Prices do not include any taxes,freight,handling duty or other similar charges,payment of which will be the sole responsibility of Customer.We accept payments through Paypal,credit/debit cards/Bank transfer/check payment.For the last two ones,ordered items will be dispatched after clearance of 100% of payment.WE DO NOT STORE CUSTOMER CREDIT/DEBIT CARD AND BANK DETAILS.Please visit our Privacy policy page for more details.
ORDER/TRANSPORTATION/RISK OF LOSS
All orders shall be subject to acceptance by Seller.Acceptance of orders by Seller is subject to credit approval and such other conditions that may be set by Seller in its sole discretion.Seller reserves the right to modify terms prior to shipment,require payment in advance,or delay or cancel any shipment or order by reason of Customer’s creditworthiness or should Customer fail to fulfill any obligation when due.All products shall be packed for shipment in Seller’s standard packaging,marked for shipment to the address specified in Customer’s order unless Seller receives specific written instructions from Customer prior to shipment date,to be delivered to a curier or forwarding agent by Seller.
SELLER IS USING ROYAL MAIL SERVICES AS STANDARD
Customer may ask any other means such as using a private currier in writing only,Seller will inform him promptly for pricing,delivery time and any other information necessary.Quoted shipment dates are estimated only.”Time is of the essence ” terms will not apply to orders accepted by Seller.Seller may ship partial orders,Customer agrees to accept and pay for such partial shipments.Seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or other performance hereunder which is due to unforseen circumstances,or to causes beyond its control, including without limitation strike,lockout,riot,civil disturbance,acts of terrorism,blockades,war,fire,act of God,accident,theft,malicious damage,failure or breakdown of components necessary to order completion;subtractor or Customer caused delays.
WE ALWAYS COMBINE SHIPMENTS ,IN THIS CASE ANY OVERFLOW POSTAGE WILL BE CREDITED BACK TO CUSTOMER’S ACCOUNT DIRECTLY TO PAYPAL ACCOUNT,IF THIS PAYMENT METHOD WAS USED ,OR ACCORDING TO YOUR INSTRUCTIONS,WITHOUT ANY PRIOR REQUEST.
WARRANTY/LIABILITY/DISPUTE
Seller stocks and sells products offered by several manufacturers.The warranties offered on Seller’s distributed products are those offered by Seller’s suppliers only.Seller may offer additional warranty to certain products at his dirscetion ,this will be clearly mentioned within this product description/presentation in this site only and warrants that these products supplied to Customer will be from defects,in material and workmanship and any other necessary in order the product to comply to the published specs,for the period of the warranty.Customer recognizes and agrees that repair,or at Seller’s opinion,credit for an equitable portion of the purchase price or replacement of defective parts shall be the sole and exclusive remedy hereunder.
REFUND / CANCELATION POLICY
You can cancel your order within 30 working days after the purchase.Return charges will be paid by the customer and a full refund will be issued upon receiving ordered goods,immediately effective.Returned goods MUST be unused ,certain items are not accepted for return/refunding as noticed below.
CERTAIN ITEMS LIKE ELECTRON TUBES/VALVES,RF POWER TRANSISTORS CANNOT BE RETURNED BACK FOR OBVIOUS REASONS,THIS IS NOTIFIED ON ITEM’S LISTING PAGE.
MISCELLANEOUS
Any assignment by Customer of any part of an order hereunder without the written consent of Seller shall render the order void and shall relieve Seller of any future performance responsibilities.These Terms together with any other documents incorporated herein by reference,constitute the entire agreement between the parties hereto pertaining to the products and expressly supercede any and all prior written or oral agreements or understandings.These Terms may only be modified in writing signed by the parties.Customer agrees to comply with the the Export Administration Regulations of the United Kingdom in so far as they apply to the sale of products.Unless otherwise agreed in writing,these terms shall be governed by and constued under the laws of the State of Wales of United Kingdom.
