HIGH PERFORMANCE LOW POWER MIXER FM IF SYSTEM It is a high performance monolithic low power FM IF system,incorporating a mixer/oscillator,two limiting intermediate frequency amplifiers,quadrature detector,muting,logarithmic received signal strength indicator(RSSI)and voltage regulator.It combines the functions of NE602 and NE604A but features a higher mixer input intercept point,higher bandwidth(25MHZ) and temp.compensated RSSI and limiters,permitting higher performance application.Typical consumption 5,7mA at 6 volts,mixer input to >500 MHz,mixer conversionĀ power gain of 13db at 45 MHz,mixer noise figure 4.6db at 45 MHz,xtal oscillator to 150 MHz,102 db of IF ampl/limiter gain.
