DESCRIPTION

This amplifier was based on the famous Motorola application notes AN593,AN762,EB27 on which all modern solid state HF Communications tranceivers/transmitters were based.All well known manufacturers adopted these original designs to following modern semiconductor production from various firms arround the world.This one is based on the 2SC3240 type manufactured by Mitsubishi and considered to be one of the most successful bipolar devices ,so firms like Yaesu,Icom ,National did not replace it until it was discontinued by the manufacturer.

The transistors are used in matched pairs so can operate at their best performance.Every unit is accompanied by a detailed electronic diagram and application information sheet.
