MAX139CPL MAXIM 3,5DIGIT LED DRIVER Compatible to ICL7137 except that it has internal oscillator and an external charge pump capacitor connected to pins 38/40. Single supply 2,5~7V DC Measures both positive and negative input voltages. Charge pump voltage converter generates a negative supply voltage. Internal band gap reference. On board display driver.
